Thousands of people in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles County rely on One Degree’s core platform on our website ( and mobile apps (iOS and Android) to access health care, food banks, employment services, and much more. Through One Home (, we are working to ensure every family has a safe and stable home by making it easy to find and apply for affordable housing.

We’re a team of 11 full-time staff, with a solid foundation (supported by the Kresge Foundation, Tipping Point Community, Irvine Foundation, Google, Y Combinator, and many others). We are committed to diversity and especially encourage those from underrepresented communities to apply, including but not limited to people of color, LGBTQ community members, people with lived experience in low-income communities, and people with disabilities. We have a small product development team and we get stuff done.
