Alloy is a nonprofit building data and technology for the Progressive Movement.
At Alloy we’re doing our part to help slow the spread of the current Coronavirus pandemic, following guidelines from public health officials to ensure the safety of our employees and the health of everyone we work with. We have instituted a policy that allows our staff to work remotely during this time, even as we continue our important work building better data and technology for progressive organizations. Although our team is working remote at this time, we are looking to continue hiring in DC.
As part of our commitment to protecting the right to vote and helping mobilize voters, we are continuing to recruit and hire talented professionals dedicated to the ideals at the heart of the progressive movement.
All over the progressive community, people have mobilized to build power and protect democracy. We equip them with data and technology tools to help them win.
Our diverse team of designers, data scientists, engineers, and product managers spend their days understanding the needs of people on the front lines of our movement, assembling data, and building infrastructure that progressive causes and campaigns can depend on, long into the future. Join us!
Alloy’s Partnerships Managers help grow our nonprofit, and shape the direction of our products. They manage the relationships that get Alloy’s data and tech products into the hands of hardworking people across the progressive ecosystem, so that they can deliver change. The Partnerships Managers at Alloy will be responsible for managing Alloy’s presence in the broader progressive ecosystem, increasing customer adoption, and developing multi-faceted community engagement strategies to increase the visibility of Alloy’s products and mission.
Every member of the Partnerships team must have deep experience in progressive movements or campaigns, and be comfortable representing Alloy to a diverse set of stakeholders across the political ecosystem. Partnerships Managers must be comfortable and ready to work with senior leadership at Alloy as well as the senior leadership of our partner organizations.
At Alloy we are a small and growing team so you will get to work closely with the product teams, such as engineers, designers, and product managers on product development strategy. You’ll also work closely with our communications team on product marketing, and with our senior leadership on managing partnerships throughout their lifecycle and through election cycles. We are looking for a diverse set of experiences and backgrounds, and are happy to hire great candidates that are strong in some of these skills and ready to learn others.
