Description is a bipartisan political organization that believes America’s families, communities, and economy thrive when everyone has the opportunity to achieve their full potential. For too long, our broken immigration and criminal justice systems have locked too many people out from the American dream. Founded by leaders in the technology and business communities, we seek to grow and galvanize political support to break through partisan gridlock and achieve meaningful reforms. Together, we can move America forward.

The Technology Data Fellow will be part of the Technology team housed within the Community Department, whose mission is to build and engage the supporter base needed to effect policy change.

We are seeking a highly-motivated fellow who is excited by technology products that serve our users across web and mobile. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn about the technology products and the product life-cycle, from conceptualization to launch. The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for technology, an interest in advocacy, and a passion for moving the dialogue forward on immigration reform and criminal justice reform.

Applicants should be available to work full-time on weekdays from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM PT in our San Francisco, CA, office for a 14-16 weeks starting Monday, September 16, 2019. The fellowship is paid.

For consideration, please submit a resume, cover letter, contact information for two references, and a 300-500 word writing samples related to immigration or criminal justice reform by NOON PT on Friday, August 30.
